SOLVANE proudly extends the following product and service warranty to the original purchaser, provided that proof of purchase is provided.
SOLVANE offers a comprehensive three-year warranty on all shades and accessories.
Once the warranty period concludes, customers can expect minimal repair costs or may opt to purchase replacement parts at a low fee, which covers packaging and handling as well.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including issues such as wear, stains, pet damage, and exposure to elements such as heat, sunlight, wind, water, or moisture, as well as material discoloration, fading, or slight deformation over time.
It also excludes malfunctions resulting from improper installation, misuse, modifications by anyone other than a SOLVANE representative, abuse, or damage caused by pets or insects.
Additionally, natural variations in color, texture, or grain of materials, slight warping of wood products, and natural color changes over time are not covered. Products that exceed SOLVANE’s size recommendations or fail to meet other specifications are also excluded.
The resolution of warranty issues is determined at the discretion of a SOLVANE representative, who will decide whether to repair or replace the product. If multiple products are present in the same room, only the defective items will be addressed, with efforts made to match the original specifications.
Products from third-party brands are covered by their respective manufacturers’ warranties, if applicable.
Any visible damage at the time of delivery or installation must be reported to SOLVANE within three days; otherwise, the warranty will be voided.
The warranty does not cover issues resulting from:
Normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, incorrect installation, neglect, accident, interference, or environmental factors.
Vandalism.
Use of incompatible devices or accessories.
An act of God, such as fire, lightning, flooding, tornado, earthquake, hurricane, or other problems beyond our control.
Aside from the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose, SOLVANE provides no additional warranties beyond what is explicitly outlined in writing.
SOLVANE disclaims any responsibility for loss of profits or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Certain state laws might not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, meaning these limitations may not be applicable to all individuals.
This warranty confers specific legal rights, which may differ depending on state regulations.
