At SOLVANE, we value every customer and strive to deliver your custom shades as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, production begins immediately.

Because all shades are custom-made to your specifications, production and packaging typically require 3–7 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

SOLVANE offers FREE Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

Shipping carriers may include UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS.

Please note that certain remote locations may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment at any time.

Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates begin from the shipment date, not the order date.

Unexpected delays may occur due to incorrect shipping addresses, customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

SOLVANE is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.

Order Not Received

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly, check with neighbors, building management, or household members, and contact SOLVANE support if further assistance is required.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. Our support team will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and provide a suitable resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled. If modifications are requested after production has begun, a fee of up to 40% of the original order value may apply.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Depending on your country's import regulations, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply. These fees are determined by local customs authorities, are not included in your order total, and are the responsibility of the customer.

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. Our team will do our best to accommodate expedited production and shipping requests whenever possible.
